1. Who we are

Dominion Digital LLC ("Dominion Digital," "we," "us," "our") is a Kansas-based digital marketing and AI automation company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to dominion.digital and any related services we provide, including SMS-based services using phone numbers we operate.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• You give it to us. When you contact us, request a quote, sign a service agreement, or interact with one of our SMS-based services, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the content of your messages.
• Automatically. When you visit dominion.digital we collect standard web analytics via Vercel Analytics: page views, referring URL, approximate geography, device type, and anonymized usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• From phone carriers and SMS providers. When you call or text a business phone number we operate (including 816-203-0903), our telephony provider records the calling number, timestamps, and the content of any SMS exchanged.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• Send transactional SMS in response to inbound calls or texts (for example, our missed-call text-back service that replies to callers within 60 seconds).
• Operate AI-assisted conversations to qualify leads and answer questions you raise.
• Improve our services and understand how visitors use our website.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. SMS messaging program

We operate an SMS messaging program for business communications. Recipients receive SMS only after they initiate contact with us by calling or texting one of our business phone numbers, or after signing a service agreement that authorizes SMS communication. We do not send unsolicited marketing SMS to consumers.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the address below. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

• Telephony and SMS: Twilio Inc. delivers and routes calls and SMS on our behalf.
• AI conversation: Anthropic PBC processes message content for our AI assistant to generate replies.
• Hosting and analytics: Vercel hosts dominion.digital and provides anonymized analytics.
• Spreadsheet and email: Google LLC provides Sheets and Gmail used to store lead records and conduct business correspondence.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices and processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Dominion Digital or others.

6. Data retention

We keep lead records, SMS conversation logs, and call metadata for as long as needed to service the relationship and meet legal or accounting obligations. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely. You can request deletion of your personal information by contacting us (see Section 9).

7. Your choices

• Opt out of SMS: Reply STOP to any SMS we send.
• Access or delete your data: Email us at the address below.
• Disable cookies: Use your browser settings. Our site uses minimal cookies (Vercel Analytics).

8. Children

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
